Meet Our Executive Leadership Team

Jeff has been with GHR since 2001 and started the GHR Search division in 2002. Since then, he and his team have placed over 4,000 people and worked with more than 300 clients. Jeff oversees three managers, BD person and several senior recruiters while guiding and directing the divisions growth. He and his team ensure that every candidate and client receive the best experience by focusing on communication, collaboration and transparency.

Alyssa has been with GHR since January 2011. Starting as a junior recruiter on our direct placement division, she moved her way up to senior recruitment manager. Alyssa currently oversees a team of junior recruiters and senior recruiters, while also serving as account manager for various clients, focusing primarily on therapy and acute care. With a background in communications and a passion for bringing people together, Alyssa works each and every day to assist our clients with finding the highest quality of talent, while also helping candidates with identifying opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Ashley joined GHR in 2011 as a junior recruiter in the permanent placement division and has worked her way to become a senior recruiter and began mentoring junior staff. As the managing director of GHR Search, Ashley oversees the management and training of a team of sourcers, recruiters and senior recruiters and serves as an account manager for our acute care clients. She specializes in executive, acute care and advanced practice search services for our division.

Dave, a graduate of history from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, is involved in management with the direct placement division of GHR Search. With five years of recruitment, Dave is involved in growing the direct placement division’s brand, and partnering with many different healthcare entities to provide talent search and organizational development services. Having experience with both internal and external recruitment, he brings an array of knowledge to support our clients from both perspectives.
